Web Analytics

I use Umami, a privacy-focused web analytics service, to better understand and optimize how visitors interact with my website. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. All data is fully anonymized and includes:

  • Page views
  • Referring websites
  • Browser and device information
  • Geographic location (general region)

This information helps me analyze user behavior and improve my services. Since all data is anonymized, it cannot be used to identify individual users. For more details about Umami and its privacy practices, visit the official Umami website.

Contact Form Data

When you use my contact form, I collect the following data solely to respond to your inquiry:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message

Your data is processed securely and will not be shared with third parties. Scaleway Transactional Email Service is used to deliver your message. Scaleway complies with GDPR requirements and offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). I receive the notification copy of your message in my ProtonMail inbox, a secure email service. ProtonMail also complies with GDPR requirements and offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

I store this data only as long as necessary to process your inquiry. It will be deleted afterward, provided there is no legal retention requirement.

Hosting and Data Security

My website is hosted on a private server with TLS/SSL encryption, ensuring the secure transmission of your data. Access to the server is restricted exclusively to me as the operator of Fahrecker Development. I take all necessary precautions to keep your data secure and protected at all times.

Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data I store about you at any time. Additionally, you can:

  • Request the correction of inaccurate data
  • Request the deletion of your data, provided no legal retention obligation exists
  • Object to the processing of your data
